Refund Policy

Because of how items are produced, there is a no refund policy with the exception of missing and/or damaged goods.

If the item(s) ordered arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, please contact us directly within 30 days of product delivery in order to arrange a free replacement.

How long will shipping take?

Most orders typically ship within 2-3 business days, and arrive in 5-7 business days if you are ordering within North America.*

For orders with a final destination outside of this region, items may take additional time to be received. Apparel items ship from the region indicated in the product title, whereas most non-apparel items are produced within the United States.

Most purchases include a tracking number for their shipment which will provide a more accurate timeline.

Why do I need to provide my phone number when placing an order?

Including a phone number at check out is important for shipping purposes.

If you don't include a phone number, you may miss shipping updates from certain local carriers.

What should I do if I input the wrong delivery address?

If you input the incorrect delivery address at check out, please contact us immediately using the "Contact Us" form provided below.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover any costs associated with customer error. Because of this, if the order has already shipped or has been delivered to the wrong address, the purchaser will be responsible for covering any shipping costs related to the re-shipment.

Why are my items arriving in multiple shipments?

If you have purchased a variety of items, they may arrive in multiple shipments. This is because we use multiple vendors to produce our merchandise in order to reduce costs associated.

Most of our items are produced from a handful of vendors in the United States, while some come from Germany, Czech Republic, France, and the UK.

Why are there region-specific apparel items?

While you should not be able to view or order items that are not within your region, we offer “duplicate” items in the store to reduce shipping costs for our audiences in multiple regions. The adult apparel for North America is produced and ships exclusively within the region, likewise with the Europe or Oceania-specific items.

Why do other items not have region-specific duplicates?

Outside of apparel, the cost for international shipping on items were generally consistent and fell into a reasonable price range. Because of this, we do not have region-specific items outside of adult apparel.

Are there differences between the region-specific items?

We aimed to keep these items generally consistent between the two regions, however there are some differences as a result of regional sourcing. Regardless of the brand, we opted to use sustainable, quality products for our apparel which you can learn more about in our product descriptions.

Aside from that, the most noticeable difference would be color options. While we tried to be consistent between the regions with the options available, in some cases it was not possible due to sourcing limitations.

Are gift bags available for purchase?

Unfortunately, we do not offer gift bags or wrapping for our products.

Because our products are produced globally through multiple vendors and shipped directly to the recipient, we are unable to bundle products or provide specialty packaging.
